When WordPress can fit well
WordPress can play to its strengths when many people need distinct editorial roles, established plugins are essential, or a team already runs dependable WordPress workflows. Large editorial platforms can benefit from that maturity. Core, theme, and extensions still need regular updates, security review, and compatibility checks. That responsibility is not a universal argument against the platform, but it should have a clear owner, schedule, and budget.
