Do I need a sales call before booking?
No. You can configure the scope and pay online. A successful payment confirms the booking immediately; it does not start a capacity review.

When does the delivery window start?
Base delivery starts after the required content and approvals arrive. Starter, Standard, and Webshop have 13, 21, and 28 base days.
Can configured scope change delivery?
Yes. Configured scope can change the displayed delivery window. Starter includes one revision round; Standard and Webshop include two.

Who owns the website, domain, and accounts?
Finished deliverables, domain, and accounts are yours after full payment.
What happens after included hosting?
Starter includes one year of hosting; Standard and Webshop include two. Afterward, you can separately agree Care at €59/mo plus 20% VAT (€70.80 incl.) or transfer away with exports and credentials.

Does AVM Forge use WordPress?
Packages are custom-coded. Whether WordPress or a custom solution fits better depends on editing, extensions, and maintenance; WordPress is not universally the wrong choice.
Is every website automatically fully GDPR compliant?
