Withdrawal from a consumer contract
This page applies to private individuals who entered a distance service contract with AVM Forge. It is not individual legal advice.
Withdrawal period
You may generally withdraw within 14 days from contract conclusion without giving a reason. Sending an unambiguous statement through this form, by email, or by post before the deadline is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
Payments received are generally returned within 14 days after the request arrives, using the same payment method. If work began at your express request, the legally permitted proportionate charge for work supplied before withdrawal may be deducted.
Early performance
The right does not end merely because work begins. For fully performed services, all statutory conditions apply, including the required express consent and acknowledgment.

Enter the booking reference from your payment confirmation. An acknowledgment is sent to you immediately by email.
