[ GUIDE / ECOMMERCE ]

An ecommerce launch with clear setup and self-management.

The package price follows the number of products AVM Forge fully sets up before launch. After handover, you can manage further products yourself in the product CMS without a fixed product limit.

Ecommerce website launch

Sales-ready product data comes first

Before work starts, product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, categories, and available quantities should be ready. That information shapes navigation, filters, product pages, and test cases. The base package includes complete initial setup for the first ten products. Further products are calculated by the same catalog rule through the online-priced boundary. Strong source data saves more time than a technical shortcut and makes approvals dependable.

  • Prepare product data and images
  • Define variants and categories
  • Price initial setup clearly

Payment, shipping, and rules work together

Checkout, payment methods, shipping zones, emails, and approved tax rules must be tested as one flow. Card and SEPA are part of the base package; other offered methods and shop modules are explicitly selected in the configurator. Actual availability can depend on country, currency, provider, and approval. AVM Forge implements agreed requirements technically but does not replace legal or tax advice.

  • Choose relevant payment methods
  • Define shipping zones and thresholds
  • Approve requirements before implementation

Integrations need their own scope

POS, marketplace sync, and custom inventory or ERP connections are not silently included in the base package. Interfaces, data flows, responsibilities, and ongoing failure handling need definition first. Extra payment methods, a second language, billing features, or vouchers remain binding online prices only when the current catalog explicitly offers them. Anything else receives a separate quote based on the real integration requirements.

  • No hidden integrations
  • Review interfaces first
  • Only catalog options priced online

Launch, support, and later self-management

Before launch, product presentation, cart, payment, emails, and important mobile flows are tested. The approved support window then covers errors and questions from real operation. The initial product count describes only the paid AVM Forge setup work. It is not a technical limit of the product CMS: after handover, you can add and edit products yourself. Additional studio work, Care, or integrations each require a new agreement.

  • Test core flows before launch
  • 90-day support window
  • Manage later products yourself
