Price needs defined scope

Two proposals with the same total can include very different work. Compare more than the starting price: pages or products, CMS, delivery, revisions, post-launch support, hosting, and handover all matter. The lower table value is the package floor. The upper value includes the maximum online-configurable scope and every offered option, so it is not a blanket price for every project.

The configurator shows the binding final amount

Starter, Standard, and Webshop each expose the scope that can be configured online. Every option has a fixed price, and the total updates as you choose. While the scope remains inside those priced boundaries, you see the binding total before payment. A high table value does not mean every option is necessary; it shows the full range that can actually be purchased online for that package.

Running costs and handover belong in the comparison

Separately agreed Care at €59/mo plus 20% VAT (€70.80 incl.) covers hosting and up to one hour of maintenance work each month; alternatively, you can transfer away. Care does not renew automatically without an agreement. After full payment, the finished deliverables, domain, and accounts belong to you, with practical exports and credentials provided for a move.

How to compare proposals consistently

Place proposals side by side and ask the same questions. Which deliverables are included? Who supplies content and approvals? What changes the delivery window? Which revisions and post-launch support are part of the scope? Who owns the domain, accounts, and finished work? Only that shared basis reveals whether a lower-looking offer is truly a better long-term fit and whether you can change provider later.
